Marcia Carter is the long time wife of lawyer, Chris Darden. Her hubby is known for being the prosecutor in the infamous O.J. Simpson murder trial.
We’ve been reminded of the highly publicized trial, with FOX’s “The People v. O.J Simpson.” With the success of the series, other interests have gain media attention.
For instance, the real nature of the relationship between Marcia’s hubby and his co-prosecutor, Marcia Clark.
In a revealing interview to Entertainment Tonight Marcia’s hubby spilled the beans and said he and Marcia Clark were more than friends back in 1995.
Can you picture the shocker for Marcia Carter. Her husband denied for years he and Clark’s relationship had gone beyond the working level. Clark was his co-prosecutor in the case.
Darden told: “We were more than friends,” “We were inseparable back then.”
He then continued with an ambiguous tone saying he would describe their relationship as ‘fire’ but fire didn’t mean romance but passion, instead.
He also added “I’m not a kisser,” “Kissing is intimate. Kissing is more intimate than sex.” Making it clear that he and Clark, never kissed.
Christopher Darden was born April 7, 1956, in Richmond, California. He began his legal career in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office.
After the O.J. Simpson trial, Darden became somewhat of a celebrity and has since gone on to write books and even done some acting.
He earned his law degree in 1980 from the Hastings College of Law at the University of California.
Marcia Carter might be a little shock after her husband’s ET interview but she couldn’t be too upset. After all, she and Darden married in 1997, two years after the trial.
The couple married Aug. 31 in Vienna, Va., Carter’s hometown.
Darden clearly has a thing for Marcias. Marcia Carter is a former TV executive. The couple has been married for 19 years and together they have three children.
Marcia Carter became a stepmom for Darden’s two children from previous relationships.
Marcia Carter is the mother of a daughter and two sons with Darden. Accoridng to her LinkedIn , Marcia Carter Darden is the Chief Financial Officer at Mapleton Radio, LLC.

Marcia Carter has over 20 years of experience as a finance executive and controller with Fortune 500, privately held and start-up companies.
She began her career in audit with KPMG, before moving on to various roles with Cox Enterprises Inc. and its broadcasting media subsidiary, Cox Media Group. Her knowledge of Cox’s television, radio and entertainment businesses allowed her to experience continued and increasing success in media including CBS and PBS organizations.
Prior to Mapleton Communications, LLC.; she was a Vice President Finance at KCET – PBS TV. She was also the principal at MCD Consulting.
She worked for 7 years as a Controller for Cox Media Group – KTVU Fox2. She then moved on to Cox Enterprises – Optical Data School Media and later to Cox Media Group – Rysher Entertainment.
She graduated Cum Laude with a BS, Accounting, from Oglethorpe University.
