Meet Chelsey Rebelo
Chelsey Rebelo will soon become part of the Bieber clan and will soon gain three stepchildren, including hit singer, Justin Bieber.
Rebelo recently got engage to long time boyfriend, Jeremy Bieber –Justin, Jazmyn and Jaxton’s father.
Reports indicate 41-year-old Jeremy popped the question to Rebelo while they both enjoyed of a getaway in St. Barts . The happy occasion was revealed after a YouTube video of the moment when Jeremy proposes made his way to the internet. They are 13-years-apart.

Jeremy is the father of three children and has been previously married. He fathered Justin at age 18 with former wife, Pattie Mallette –who raised the singer as a single mother. Jeremy and Pattie divorced when Justin was two.
After divorcing Pattie, Jeremy moved to Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada and married second wife Erin Wagner, with whom he fathered two kids. Jeremy also has two other children, daughter Jazmyn and son Jaxton through his relationship with Erin Wagner.
Jeremy Jack Bieber, an Ontario resident, had taught himself to play the guitar. He taught Justin how to play classics from Bob Dylan and Deep Purple and introduced him to rock artists such as Aerosmith, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Jimi Hendrix, and Van Halen. The father/son relationship was strained at times but overall Justin has stated he got along with his dad.
In his youth Jeremy showed interest in wrestling and also worked as a carpenter and construction worker.
Accoridng to Chelsey’s Twitter account she is from Stratford Ontario Canada.
